#TheLotusBrunch concept was born in the Spring of 2017 to create a space for women-owned businesses, brands, & services to promote, network, & celebrate themselves & all they’ve created. My goal was to curate an event that I would enjoy & want to go to on a Sunday afternoon in #RVA— what better way then with shopping locally with #GirlBosses, an all-you-can-eat buffet brunch, bottomless mimosas, & the undeniable vibe from Legacy Band, the BEST live band in the city! #TheLotusBrunch series was truly made for US by US!

On Sunday, May 19th we hosted the 5th edition of #TheLotusBrunch with the amazing help of my now #KYCEvents Team! THE 5TH EDITION YA’LL! Since the first brunch we’ve made space for over 50 women and their businesses, mingled with over 300 attendees, popped over 50 bottles of champagne, and after outgrowing our original venue... we joined the dope co-working space for women and the community at The Broad on Foushee in RVA and booked out quarterly dates for the ENTIRE YEAR. We’ve partnered with Sweets & Soireés on the menu now, so the shrimp and grits, wings, and homemade dips (just to name a few) have all of our guests leaving full and happy! I saw quite a few ladies doubling up on their mimosas too… I’m telling you, we have sooo much fun every time! You don't want to miss the next edition!
